Frank has written and directed numerous films including JOE THE KING (with Val Kilmer), THE JIMMY SHOW (with Ethan Hawke, Carla Gugino), and NEW YORK CITY SERENADE (with Chris Klein, Freddie Prince Jr., and Jamie Lynn Sigler) and is GOING INTO PRODUCTION FOR A NEW FILM SHOOTING IN LATE AUGUST - "Like Sunday, Like Rain" starring Jena Malone.

Frank also has an extensive history of acting in Film, TV, and Theatre including such hits as: Swimming With Sharks, Pulp Fiction, The School of Rock, Vacancy, The Doors, Red Dragon, The Pursuit of Happiness, Broken Arrow, Swing Kids, Hoffa, JFK, Born On The Fourth of July.  TV credits include: CSI, Ugly Betty, Burn Notice, Law and Order: SVU and CI, Boston Legal, Curb Your Enthusiasm, and NCIS.
