This one-day Intensive will focus on on-camera audition techniques for TELEVISION.  Based on the head shot/resume, John will assign each actor their own sides to prepare prior to class.

The Intensive will begin with a Q&A with John. Each actor will be put ON-CAMERA and perform their sides which will be provided in advance. You will receive intensive feedback and adjustments from John and he will have you perform the scene again. John will also do a review of your headshot and resume.

   **Your scene is video taped & made into a movie clip!
      After this class, you will receive an email with a link so
      you can watch your own video clip from this class.

John Ort is the Casting Coordinator at ABC Primetime Casting working with Marci Phillips in casting pilots and series regulars on series such as Desperate Housewives, Modern Family, Castle and Brothers & Sisters to name a few as well as upcoming series such as My Generation, Detroit 187, and Off The Map.  He also completed casting on the ABC NY Talent Showcase for the third consecutive year.  The office is currently working on many projects and is always looking for new talent.   Marci HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that John come to teach here. She feels he is a great person for actors to work with and is very excited for him to bring her new talent!
