Laurie is one of our most favorite teen guests - she is a wonderful manager and specializes in working with actors ages 10-24 years of age. She has called in and SIGNED 4 actors from One On One from just her last few classes here! She just opened up her own management company and is now looking to expand her roster!

Rebecca Siefman works at talent management and production company Soffer/Namoff Entertainment.  Soffer/Namoff represents actors of all ages in all areas including TV, Indie and Studio Features, and Broadway.

Laurie Taylor-Williams just opened her own brand new managment company, Taylor-Williams Management. She has signed numerous One on One members, including Brandon Tyler Harris who just signed with GenTV, did a guest spot on THE BIG C, LAW AND ORDER SUV, and SMASH and has been in on major pilot auditions; Tobi Aremu who signed with Buchwald and booked a national commercial for FOOTACTION; Teen member Brittany Harms who just signed with Gen TV; and Darren Lipari who just booked LAW & ORDER: SVU for the second time!

Laurie’s work as an acting coach has included such clients as, Amy Smart, Emma Roberts, Josh Duhamel, Brandon Williams, Audrey Anderson, Janine Green, Malgosia Bela, Natalia Livingston …

As a producer/director Laurie won 2 Ace Awards for her HBO feature documentary YOURS TO KEEP (including best director of a documentary special)  She went on to produce and direct music videos for BMG and Nile Rodgers as well as other documentary films. As a writer, Laurie has sold projects to Showtime, HBO and most recently the pilot NARROWSBURG BOYS to MTV. As an actress, Laurie’s most notable role was that of Risha Costanza on SEINFELD. Other selected acting credits: LAW AND ORDER, JUST SHOOT ME, NYPD BLUE, the film DRUNKS opposite Sam Rockwell and Calista Flockhart.

Originally from Brazil, Paula Poeta moved to Los Angeles to pursue her passion for the entertainment industry. After graduating from Long Beach State University with a BA in Theatre Arts, she began working her way up the production ladder and soon found herself a driving force in the Hollywood community working for such networks as NBC, FOX, and MTV. After ten years in LA, she began a transition to New York to combine her love for theatre with her passion for the screen. She now works as a talent agent for THE MINE!
