This dynamic team will help you Improve your on-camera audition skills, understand what's necessary to land an Agent or Manager, book MORE TV and Film roles, and help you discover how to make the most out of your career and the business!

FORMAT
1ST WEEK : This class will begin with individual general meeting (e.g., as if you were auditioning for a General with a Casting Director/Manager) with Henry and Kyle. Followed by an informative discussion about the business. Based on this general meeting, Henry & Kyle will address where people are in their career & what the best plan of attack is for someone at each level.  We'll finish off with ON-CAMERA cold reads w/ adjustments.

2ND WEEK: Actors will come dressed for an actual audition and do prepared sides chosen for them by Henry and Kyle.  After the auditions, we will go over the art of corresponding with Casting Directors, Agents and Managers after meeting them and how to best follow up. They go over the important things to do and NOT to do when following up in order to make the MOST of your new connection and initial meeting. They will teach you how to work with your Manager/Agent in getting you MORE auditions in TV, Film, and Theatre. If you're looking for representation Kyle and Henry will be giving you crucial tips to succeed!

3RD WEEK: This class will include final auditions where each actor will choose his/her best TV, Film, or Theater material. This will be run as actual auditions and will be taped! Finally, we'll round out our initial discussion about the business with a general overview of which agencies and managers would be best to target for each individual actor. Finally, Henry and Kyle will go over any final questions and give personal, individualized advice to each actor.

   **Your scene work is video taped & made into a movie clip!
      After each class, you will receive an email with a link so
      you can watch your own video clip from this class.

Henry Russell casts for the busy and prominent office of  Doug Aibel Casting.
Henry called in One on One Member GEORGE BURICH for a role in THE BASTER after his and Kyle's last class at One on One! He also recently booked MAX JENKINS for a play reading with Stockard Channing! Henry remembered Max from his first class at One on One!

Henry is currently casting the films SAFE starring Jason Statham and directed by Boaz Yakin and BACKWOODS directed by Bart Freundlich and the world premiere of Will Eno's new play, MIDDLETOWN which will open the 2010-2011 season at the Vineyard Theatre.

He is also currently casting Adam Rapp's play THE METAL CHILDREN at the Vineyard Theatre.
