NYC Super Showcase FAQs:

Can I do BOTH the Musical Theater & TV/Film Tracks?

Absolutely! And there is a special discounted price if you sign up for both tracks (email marketing@oneononenyc.com for more information). And the two tracks are scheduled back to back for convenience.

For the Musical Theater Track, is a live piano accompanist provided?

Yes! We provide a live piano accompanist for all showcases, intensives, & classes as part of the Musical Theater Track as we believe this to be an integral part of the experience.

For the TV/Film Track, is it on-camera?

The Casting Director classes are on-camera where your performance is captured by our HD cameras and then transmitted onto a TV screen in the classroom. Neither the showcases nor special seminars/intensives are on-camera.

Does the cost of the program include airfare and lodging?

No. You will have to pay separately for airfare and lodging. 

Can I participate in the NYC Super Showcase if I already live in NYC?

Absolutely! We have a mix of local NYC and out of town actors on every NYC Trip. If you recently relocated to NYC, this is a great way to meet with many members of the Industry in a short amount of time.

Do I need to find my material for the Agent/Manager Showcases?

Yes. You will need to provide your own sides or songs for the Agent/Manager Showcases unless told otherwise. However, because there are multiple Agent/Manager showcases, you are allowed to present different pieces throughout the program.
