Lisa Lawrence (Headline Talent)
Lisa can trace her love for film back to Saturday afternoons watching old movies with her father. As much as she loved it, she didn’t think one could make a living at anything that was so much fun. After graduating from Carleton College in Northfield, Minnesota with a BA in English Literature, she started out her career working for Grey Advertising. She worked her way up to Brand Media Manager; overseeing $35MM in media spending for Kraft Cereals and Minute Rice. After yet another all- nighter getting ready for a client presentation, Lisa decided that she needed to follow her true passion for film and television. After leaving advertising full-time, she started working in the entertainment industry where she held positions at 40 Acres and a Mule Productions (development department), Jean Fox Management, and as a member of the intern/mentor program at New York Women in Film and Television. It was during her time at Jean Fox Management that her love for working with talent came to the surface. It also appealed to the businesswoman in her formed during her time at Grey. After a long interview process, William Moris Endeavor offered her a position working for a Snr. Vice President (and legend) in the talent department, Jeff Hunter. Under his guidance she learned to work with amazing talent such as Morgan Freemen, Kevin Kline, and F. Murray Abraham. After 5 ½ years with WME, Lisa decided to take the next step in her career and look for a position as a full agent. This led Lisa to Headline Talent , where she is thrilled to join a vibrant and successful team of professionals.

Mike Cruz (Whole Artists Management)
Mike Cruz is a manager at Whole Artist Management. Mike joins WAM directly from being an agent at The Ludtke Agency.  Cruz began his career as an actor in NYC, and in regional theatre.
