How to Prepare

FORMAT:

1) First, you will be seen privately by the agent panel in the order that you sign up.
2) Showcase your contemporary monologue or stock sides (a reader will be available)....your choice!
3) Be put on-camera and viewed by all three Agents.
4) Gain verbal and written feedback from the panel, individually, following your read!
5) The evening will close with Q&A
(optional) after the last person is seen. 

Stock sides are posted on the website or you can bring your own that are 2 pages in length  (YOU must provide a copy for the reader).

Alice Skiba (AboutFace Talent)
Alice Skiba has been with the AboutFace division of Carson Kolker Org. Ltd for 13 years. She is now head of that division, covering film, television, and commercials for her clients. Some of their recent bookings include series regulars, supporting, guest stars, recurring, and co-stars on Orange is the New BlackSense8BillionsThe BlacklistDaredevilShades of BlueThe DeuceGirlsJon GlaserYoungerMr. Robot, and Blindspot. Some recent national and regional commercials booked include Verizon, Nike, Jiffy Lube, Burger King, and Skechers. Looking forward to meeting new talent!
 
John Shea (Frontier Booking International)
John Shea, director of the New York office of Frontier Booking International since 1993, has helped maintain and strengthen its reputation as a top agency for young performers. FBI is known for establishing the careers of some of today's top stars, beginning with its first client, Courtney Cox. The ever-growing talent division of FBI specializes in performers of all ethnicities, ranging from children to young adults. Their clients have been recognized in various mediums of entertainment (especially film, television, and theatre).
 
Ben Jordan (Headline Talent)
Ben Jordan was born and raised on the back-roads of Alabama and got his first taste of the entertainment industry from Blue Grass revivals at community fish fries. While attending The University of Alabama, he promoted several indie rock-n-roll bands. After graduating and moving to New York City, he began managing stand-up comedians. In 2011, Ben began interning at Headline Talent Agency, and has since moved his way up to a full legit talent agent. At the agency, he covers Television, Film, and Theatre in New York, Los Angeles, as well as the UK. HTA keeps a small roster so that they can give their clients the personal attention required to build a successful career. 
 
Mike Cruz (Whole Artists Management)
Mike Cruz is a manager at Whole Artist Management. Mike joins WAM directly from being an agent at The Luedtke Agency. Cruz began his career as an actor in NYC and in regional theatre. After interning at Independent Artists Agency “in between performing gigs,” he quickly moved up the ranks to become an agent. It was at IAA that Cruz really developed his love for representation. Later, he partnered with Cyd LeVin to re-form Cyd LeVin and Associates. Recognized for his work in New York City as an agent and manager, Cruz has had clients appear on TV, Film, Broadway, and regional stages. Mike earned his Bachelor of Music at New York University. 

Nicole Astell (Prestige Management)
Nicole Astell has been a talent manager with Prestige Management for four years. Before joining the Prestige family, Nicole started the acting division of Wilhelmina of PA and interned at Paladino Casting and Liz Lewis Casting. She got her Bachelor degree at the University of Iowa and will forever be a Hawkeye fan. Her clients have been on Broadway, in every show that casts in New York, and multiple national commercials.

Barry Godin (Chelsea Talent)
Barry's portfolio includes more than three decades in the film and television industry, from casting director and talent management to set design and decoration. He serves as Acting & Talent Coordinator for Silver Models, The Premiere Fitness Agency, and Chelsea Talent. He has worked in the casting offices of daytime drama, episodic, and feature productions. His current responsibilities include preparing new talent as well as overseeing daily breakdown submissions. Coming from an acting background, he is very in-tune to what it is the actor needs to package him- or herself to be competitive in today's market. He has booked actors and models on major projects in New York, Miami, and Los Angeles. He is currently looking for new talent ages 5 to 50 for all network producionts, commercials, and theater. Recent projects have included pilots this season, THE KNICK, 10,000 SAINTS, MAC Cosmetics, Mattel, LAW & ORDER: SVU, PERSON OF INTEREST, ELEMENTARY, 30 ROCK, TRUE BLOOD, and BOARDWALK EMPIRE.
