VOICEOVER Master Class + Two Agents with GREY GROUP'S Nina Pratt, VP of Casting

Two Actors were SIGNED BY AGENTS following Nina's last class, and many were called in to auditions! Nina casts all the voice-over projects for Grey & Townhouse's clients, including E*Trade, Febreeze, NFL, Pringles, Gillette, Canon, & Pantene.
After spending a decade as the Head of Casting at GREY GROUP, Nina became the VP of Casting at Townhouse, GREY's in-house production company. She was the Casting Director for six seasons at the inimitable Ensemble Studio Theatre where she is still a member. She also did the casting for the award-winning Off-Broadway play and feature film, THE EXONERATED directed by Bob Balaban. Nina received the Casting Society's prestigious Artios Award for her work on the play.
In this 3-Week Class with NINA PRATT, you will learn the best Voice Over techniques, how to audition in VO, and after you book the job. In class, Nina generously works with you, giving you productive feedback and individualized adjustments for your scenes. After each class you will receive a raw demo reel of your class work.
Week 1: Participants will receive two voice-over scripts to be used throughout the series. In this class, you will do a mock audition with a cold read side.
Week 2: Actors will read one of the scripts received in the first class as a showcase (with feedback) from LINDA WEAVER Owner of Access Talent!
Week 3: Actors will choose their favorite script to showcase for Jonathan Saul of STEWART TALENT!

Industry Q&A Assigned Scenes + Cold Reads VO Recording Recordings Sent
- Account - Please go to My Account to create your webpage. Casting Directors will assign material based on a fully completed webpage.
- Sides - Scene assignments will given on the first day of class.
- Reader - Make sure to bring 2 COPIES OF YOUR SIDES (one with the reader's lines highlighted). WE WILL PROVIDE A READER.
- Headshot/Resume - ALWAYS BRING A HARD COPY TO CLASS FOR FEEDBACK PURPOSES. When the class is over, the guest teaching this class will not be taking nor given access to your headshot, resume, or any other of your promotional materials per CSA guidelines.

About Nina Pratt▼
Nina Pratt has been part of the Casting Department at Grey for more than a decade. In that time, she has cast hundreds of actors in thousands of commercials, including SMUCKER'S, PANTENE, COVER GIRL, DIRECTV, and the famous ETRADE Baby. In addition, she donates her services to worthy charities like Hole in the Wall Gang Camp, Broadway Cares, and New Alternatives for Children. Nina was the Casting Director for many seasons at the inimitable Ensemble Studio Theatre, where she is still a member. She also did the casting, along with colleague Kim Moarefi, for the award-winning Off-Broadway play THE EXONERATED, directed by Bob Balaban. Nina and Kim received the Casting Society's prestigious Artios Award for their work on the play. Her film credits include: THE EXONERATED, BERNARD & DORIS, and NICKY DEUCE. She is currently producing a film and web series under her Black Irish Productions banner and is always seeking new talent.
After meeting Linda Weaver in Nina Pratt's class, Ben was called in for a meeting with Next Generation VO - a subdivision of Access Talent and they started working with him and he subsequently booked a VO commercial.
