Over the years I've taken a couple dozen classes at One On One with different casting directors, and I can tell you unequivocally, Ross is far and away the best educational instructor of the bunch. He actually GIVES a shit, to put it bluntly. He gets into the nitty gritty with scene work with every single actor, and dives into the "why" for each thought/note/idea/concept that's brought up. He really cares about helping the students in his class UNDERSTAND what their job entails when breaking down and presenting a scene, and he communicates it all so clearly with a mixture of humor, allegories and questions.

It's the best experience I've had in a class like this, and I've been in this beautiful, hypnotic, god forsaken actors-life rodeo for quite a while.
