Studio Rental for Independent Photographers $1495/Month
Next Level Studios LA in the Fairfax district hosts a steady flow of actors, filmmakers, coaches, and representatives every week. New students start monthly and working actors regularly come through the building to train, tape, rehearse, and update their materials. This environment naturally generates ongoing demand for headshots, branding galleries, and social content, giving the right photographer reliable cross-traffic built into the space.
Each studio was designed for performance and on-camera clarity. The space offers clean lines, neutral walls, balanced overhead lighting, and layouts that allow photographers to create their own visual approach. While seamless and strobes are not provided, the rooms offer a professional environment clients trust immediately.
• Clean, neutral rooms suited for natural light and strobes
• 24/7 access for renters
• Private balcony for daylight setups
• Rooftop lounge for natural light and lifestyle looks
• Casting cameras and consistent studio lighting
• Dedicated waiting area
• Fast WiFi and printer access
• Tenant kitchen with complimentary coffee, tea, and water
• Plentiful parking in a safe, central neighborhood
Renters at this level receive designation as the in-house headshot photographer. This includes direct referrals from studio staff and marketing to the internal email list, connecting the photographer with actors who update materials frequently and prefer working with creatives already based in the building.

After taking Chazz Palminteri’s Master Class, Chazz called me personally for the role of Tommy Marino in his Award Winning Pilot “Unorganized Crime” Chazz is an incredible Actor Instructor and Mentor. He is a talented and prolific writer as well. Chazz will make you a better Actor after you leave his class because he knows how to direct you and show you what to look for in a role! A must take class if you want to get ahead in this business. I recommend it highly!

I think David's class was the most specific and helpful class that I have taken at One on One. David really teaches you how to break down a tv/film scene, how to use camera angles, how to delineate your thought process in your prep-and helps you keep your acting human- how to be your true self mixed with the script. He has an actual technique that he teaches! And he makes it all happen in a non-stressful atmosphere. He really wants all of us to do our best! Don't miss his class- I will take it again just because I enjoyed it so much!!
