What is Included

NYC

● All Premium Daily packages are for Monday – Friday, 10am – 6pm with a hard out at
6pm. Saturdays are possible with an additional fee and subject to availability.
● Weekly and Monthly packages are for Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm with a hard out at
6pm. Saturdays are possible with an additional fee and subject to availability.
● All packages include: High-Speed FiOS & WiFi, access to kitchen and Kitchen Amenities
(Fridge, Microwave, Keurig Coffee & Tea), Designated printer for renters (which is
located in the kitchen)
● NYC Package Options (Only 1 may be chosen per Daily Premium Rental):
○ In-Person Casting
■ Includes: camera + microphone, iMac, small table, TV, check-in station
■ Optional (free): prompter, couch, client seating, medium or large table
○ Hybrid-Ready Casting
■ Includes: camera + microphone, iMac, hook-up for laptop, small table, TV,

LA

● All Premium Daily packages are for Monday – Sunday, 9am – 5pm with a hard out at
5pm.
● Weekly packages are for 5 consecutive days, Monday – Sunday, 9am – 5pm with a hard
out at 5pm. Monthly packages are for Wednesday – Sunday, 9am – 5pm with a hard out
at 5pm.
● All packages include: High-Speed WiFi, access to kitchen and Kitchen Amenities
(Fridge, Microwave, Keurig Coffee), Printer access (located in the staff office), Rooftop
access and Waiting Room access
● LA Package Options (Only 1 may be chosen per Daily Premium rental):
○ In-Person Casting

Procedures and General Policies

● Reservations will be made through communicating with One on One / Next Level Senior
Staff either via the Interest Form or by emailing studiomanager@oneononenyc.com. If
interest is communicated via phone or in-person, the reservation will not be made until
the form is received, an invoice is sent, and payment is remitted.
● Open Calls & Animal Castings are Not Permitted
● Toddlers Under 3 Year Old Castings are Not Permitted
● The rental fee is for the studio space, not the equipment and/or amenities. One on One /
Next Level staff will troubleshoot to the best of our ability, but is not liable for: internet
outages, printer malfunctions, camera malfunctions, etc.
● One on One does not provide props. This includes cleaning equipment and kitchenware.
● All food / drink except for bottled water should be consumed in the kitchen.
● One on One does not provide food/beverage service for talent and industry. However,
we do have a list of recommended nearby restaurants for lunch, available digitally here
and printed at our Front Desk.
● The studio must be vacated no later than 6pm, as lateness negatively impacts One on
One’s core operations & programming.
○ Upon vacating the space (no later than 6pm), it must be in reasonably tidy
condition for our turnover staff to have a realistic quick turnover to meet our
6:30pm programming start
○ For Weekly & Monthly rentals only: If you need to leave items in the studio
overnight, please utilize plastic bins/totes so that the staff may move items in and
out easily for One on One programming. These are not provided by One on One.
● One on One / Next Level Staff will not troubleshoot any outside equipment you bring in.
We are only available to troubleshoot the equipment provided by One on One / Next
Level as a part of your established set-up.
○ For Premium Daily rentals, all set-up requests of staff, including technology, door
signs, podium / check-in signs, etc must be made upon booking, and no later
than 48 hours prior to the start of the booking.
○ For Weekly and Monthly rentals, all set-up requests of staff, including technology,
door signs, podium / check-in signs, etc must be made at least 12 hours in
advance though filling out the form found at
https://forms.gle/mQpZqd7REXchnNdm9. Any special / unusual requests should
be emailed to studiomanager@oneononenyc.com at least 48 hours in advance.
● Immediate requests of staff, including Front of House, may not be able to be
accommodated.
● Our staff is not available for any assistant or session running work as part of your
castings. We are able to direct those auditioning to sign in at a designated podium or
table.
● In NYC, One on One’s Administrative Office is designated only for our staff needs. This
includes the space and the Brother printer located in the back office.
● In LA, Next Level Studios’s Administrative Office is designated only for our staff needs.
This includes the space. However, the printer is located in the office and is available for
you.

● If there is a pattern of policy violations, One on One reserves the right to terminate the
casting rental agreement at any time and no refund will be provided.
Payment Policies & Costs
● Rates are subject to change.
● For Premium Daily Rentals and Weekly Rentals, payment must be remitted for your
booking to be secured. Payment may be made via ACH, credit card, or cashier’s check.
If you would like to utilize a credit card, a 3% credit card fee will be added.
● For Monthly rentals, payment is automatically charged on the first of each month via
ACH Bank Transfer.
● No booking is complete until payment is received.

Cancellations

● Premium Daily and Weekly Rental Cancellation & Re-booking fees:
○ Free cancellation for credit 1 week+ in advance of original booking.
○ Under 1 week, booking is locked in.
● We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
● We require a minimum of 30 days notice to end the monthly rental. There is no penalty
for ending a monthly rental.
